I began my professional career as a Marketing CRM Manager for B2C and B2B companies, helping them retain customers and increase LTV and loyalty.
At the operational venture capital fund Project A, I deepened my expertise in the areas of B2B, Demand Generation and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. I led the B2B marketing departments and supported startups, scale-ups, and private equity investments with their growth challenges.
Within the last years of my career, I have actively supported 20+ companies, gaining a broad understanding of various industries, business models, buyer journeys, and growth levers.
This knowledge I now use to effectively support COM Works' clients.
Outside of work, I am a runner, actively participating in the running club "Division BPM" in Berlin. I have completed several marathons and have recently ventured into trail and ultra marathons.
